 Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary.
 Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
 Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of the methods, materials, fixtures, tools and equipment used in plumbing work; of standard plumbing techniques; and of job safety measures.  Ability is required to maintain and perform minor repairs of various plumbing systems and fixtures; and to follow written and oral instructions.

--Security Guard (4 y. experience)
Completing pertinent paperwork, maintaining files and records, signing employees on duty in and out, logging visitors/appropriate personel in and out. Responded to routine or urgent issues and emergencys utilizing utmost deplomacy and tact. Worked at numerous locations and a veriety of shifts and environment
